Arsenal contract rebel Samir Nasri has erupted in fury on Twitter after being quizzed on whether he was staying with the Gunners. Nasri was called a c*** by one disgruntled fan om the social networking site and responded by using the same expletive in his response.
Nasri has been taken to task by supporters on the site after it emerged he is stalling on a new deal at the Emirates and may be considering a move to Manchester United.
He reacted angrily to one fan, who uses the name immildlyracist. Nasri tweeted: “listen come in front of me tell me what u tweet i will show who is th c***”. immildlyracist explained: “told him he was a c*** for thinking of going united, any proper arsenal fan will see where I’m coming from.”
He added: “I’m actually highly intelligent, no player deserves to wear an arsenal shirt unless he’s 100% loyal , nas aint, wake up.”
Nasri’s future at Arsenal is in doubt after Arsene Wenger admitted that talks about a new deal have stalled over the forward’s wage demands.
Arsenal have offered Nasri a new five-year contract worth £90,000 a week, but will be forced to sell him ahead of next season if the French international refuses to sign fresh terms, to avoid losing him for nothing at the end of the season.
It has been suggested that Nasri is holding out for £110,000 a week – in line with the club’s top earner Cesc Fabregas. AW previously stated  that money is the key stumbling block. He told French radio: ‘We have a financial disagreement which hasn’t yet been settled. We are still in discussions but we haven’t agreed a deal.’
United are said to be keeping a close eye on the 23-year-old, but AW insisted: “One thing’s for sure, we’re not selling him to United.”
