The Eagles host Arsenal in what could be the match which decides the Premier League title, leaving them just three days to prepare for the Conference League final.

On Wednesday evening, Palace lost to a heavily rotated Manchester City team, who are in the FA Cup final on Saturday, and Glasner now claims he could follow suit against Arsenal.

Oliver Glasner is ready for ‘huge’ rotation vs Arsenal

Oliver Glasner is ready to heavily rotate his Crystal Palace team when they face Arsenal on the final day of the Premier League season.

Following the South London club’s defeat to City, the Austrian manager was asked about the main reason for the defeat at the Etihad.

Whereas City made six changes, with Erling Haaland, Jeremy Doku and Rayan Cherki dropped, Palace rotated just three players from their 2-2 draw with Everton at the weekend.

Now, the Palace manager has revealed that he could make ‘huge rotation’ on the final day of the season against Mikel Arteta’s team.

Speaking to the media after the game, Glasner said: “Manchester City have a huge final in three days, so maybe it is the legitimation to make a huge rotation against Arsenal [before the Conference League final].”

This is great news for the Gunners, as going away to Selhurst Park can often be a tough place to go, especially if they are also under the pressure of needing to win.

But now they could be set to face a Palace side who will have their full focus on their European final just days after the match.
