Arsenal have got their hands on the Premier League trophy and it’s now party time in North London.
The Gunners saw off Palace with a much-changed team to finish on a high and cue huge celebrations in front of the away end at Selhurst Park.
Arsenal’s title win is the first for 22 years, when The Invincibles, led by Patrick Vieira, went unbeaten all season to claim the trophy.
Now, Vieira has been among the first former players to react to Arsenal’s trophy lift.

It will have been a great feeling for former Arsenal players to sit back and watch this current team win and then lift the title.
For Vieira, he will be happy to see someone finally lift it after him and speaking for Premier League productions, he’s given his reaction.
“It is a big achievement. It is really difficult to win the Premier League, especially when you have these types of teams – City, Liverpool, Chelsea. I think the competition is more difficult because there are more teams capable of winning the Premier League,” Vieira said.
“In the last couple of years they’ve built the belief and the confidence, stability in the team, and I believe that they will be the team to beat next year.”
With Arsenal now having to prepare for a Champions League final, there is a chance for Mikel Arteta’s side to write their names into the club’s history.
Winning in Europe would be huge and could well set the foundations for a period of Arsenal dominance.
