Predictions have come in for Arsenal’s clash with Brighton, with huge implications on the Premier League table from the clash.
The Gunners are looking to make it four wins in a row in the division, putting pressure on rivals Liverpool at the top, while the Seagulls are winless in seven.
The previous meeting between the two teams ended in a draw at the Emirates Stadium, though it came in controversial circumstances after Declan Rice’s red card in the tie.
Arsenal will be looking to avoid a similar fate, with plenty predicting a big win in a tough match at the Amex Stadium.

Paul Merson makes Brighton vs Arsenal prediction
Former Arsenal player Paul Merson has declared Saturday’s clash with Brighton as a “must-win” game for the side.
Discussing the title hopes to Sportskeeda, he claimed: “This is a must-win game of Arsenal. If they win, they will be just three points behind Liverpool.
“Forget about Liverpool’s games in hand because they will face two of their biggest rivals in Manchester United and Everton in those. Both United and Everton may not be at their best, but these are still big games where anything can happen.”
However, when it came to the game with Brighton itself, Merson claimed: “A draw in this fixture will do no good for Arsenal and I expect them to approach this game in the same manner [as Brentford]. If they can get another win here, Arsenal are well and truly in the Premier League title race.”
With such a positive claim, it would appear as though Arsenal are back in the title race as Merson backs them to land a win.
Score prediction: Brighton 1-3 Arsenal.

Chris Sutton prediction on Brighton vs Arsenal
Merson isn’t the only one to make a positive prediction for the Gunners, with Chris Sutton also backing the side to win.
Speaking on BBC Sport, he said: “I would not describe this [Brighton] as an easy fixture for them [Arsenal], especially because they need to win it – Brighton have not won any of their past seven games but they have drawn five of them and are turning into the Premier League’s draw specialists.
“But there is more to come from Mikel Arteta’s side and I look at them and think they will get the job done here too.”
With another win backed by the former Premier League striker, it could bode well for Arsenal’s chances in the title race.
Score prediction: Brighton 1-2 Arsenal.
