Paul Merson has explained that Bukayo Saka needs to ‘find solutions’ as the Arsenal man continues to be singled out.
Bukayo Saka has been told he needs to look for alternative ways to help his team, as defenders begin to target him.
The 22-year-old is the man to stop for opposition teams, this has led to teams often looking to neutralise his game as Chelsea did last week.
Despite teams aiming to stop Saka, few have succeed as the Arsenal winger has five goals and six assists this season.
But as more teams target him defensively, Paul Merson has advised Saka to find ‘solutions’ in order to help his team.

Writing in his weekly predictions column on SportsKeeda, Merson explained that due to Saka’s clutch reputation he is now over defended.
“As for Bukayo Saka, he’s earned his reputation as one of the biggest matchwinners in the Premier League, so teams will start to highlight him.
“He’s got to come up with solutions, as Marc Cucurella marked him out of the game the other day. Saka will be singled out by opposition managers when it comes to their team talks and they might even double up on him, it’s up to him to find solutions to make things happen for his team.”
His importance to Mikel Arteta has been further emphasised as Saka is now part of the club’s leadership group. Wearing the captains armband against Sevilla being a show of this.
What is Bukayo Saka’s salary?
Among Arsenal’s most important players, it is no surprise to learn that the forward is one of the highest paid.
On a weekly wage of £295k-per-week including bonuses according to Capology, he earns a massive amount but is worth every penny.
This leads to an annual salary of £15.3 million for the young Arsenal man.
With four years remaining on his contract, Saka still has a contract worth around £40.5m.
