Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played with some great players during his time at Arsenal.
The Gabon international was a superstar at the Emirates and played a huge part in helping the club win the FA Cup and Community Shield in Mikel Arteta’s first year.
Top-class players like Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette were his teammates at the time, but he shared the pitch with a few youngsters as well.
One of them was Bukayo Saka.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang says Arsenal star Bukayo Saka is better than Cole Palmer
Saka was a teenager when he played with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at Arsenal.
The Englishman burst onto the scene when Unai Emery was at the helm, and he has developed into one of the best players in the world over the years.
Saka is now Arsenal’s most important player. Every time he plays, the Gunners’ chances of victory increase, and that is the case with the England national team as well.
Aubameyang has kept an eye on Saka, a player whom he used to call Little Chilli back in the day.
He believes that the Arsenal number seven is a better player than Chelsea superstar Cole Palmer.
During a live Q&A session on The Residency app on Wednesday night, the former Gunners skipper was asked: “Cole Palmer or Saka?”
Aubameyang replied without any hesitation: “Saka!”

Is Aubameyang right about Saka and Palmer?
Saka has been involved in debates with almost every promising player in England over the years.
From Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho to now Palmer, everyone has been compared to the Arsenal number seven – and they have all lost.
Saka is not just incredible on the ball, but he is extremely consistent as well. You rarely ever see him have a bad game, whereas players like Palmer have gone missing in the past.
That is what makes Saka better. Aubameyang, who knows a thing or two about being a great player, is absolutely right.
