Arsenal are on top of the Premier League table at the moment and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rishi Sunak, has delivered his verdict on the Gunners winning the title.
Mikel Arteta’s side have been absolutely unbelievable this season. We’ve lost just one game in the league all campaign and are five points clear of defending champions Manchester City despite playing a game less.
Arsenal have a great chance of winning the Premier League this season, and Sunak has now had his say.

On his 100th day as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Sunak sat down for an interview with Piers Morgan. The same has been uploaded on the latter’s YouTube channel.
From the state of the economy to Liz Truss’ resignation, the two talked about a lot, but the one thing that caught football fans’ attention is Sunak’s opinion on who will win the Premier League.
Morgan is a very vocal fan of Arsenal and he asked the Prime Minister if he thinks Mikel Arteta’s mighty Gunners will go all the way and lift the title at the end of this season.
Sunak didn’t expand too much on his answer, he just issued a one-word reply – “Yes!”

After listening to Sunak say Arsenal will win the Premier League, many must be wondering if the Prime Minister is a Gooner.
The answer is no.
According to 90min, Sunak is a Southampton fan. He was born in the city and has previously even claimed that he would love to ‘run’ the club if he was given an opportunity.
“I’m a massive football fan, I’m from Southampton and if I would get to be able to run Southampton [I would do that].”
