Adrian Clarke has lauded Kai Havertz’s ‘magic’ performance for Arsenal on Monday night against Sheffield United.
The 24-year-old star was again exceptional for the Gunners as Havertz scored his eighth goal of the season for Arsenal in what was another Premier League rout for the north London side.
Mikel Arteta’s men have been in exceptional form in the league, with Arsenal scoring an incredible 17 goals in their last three Premier League away games, with Havertz playing a starring role.

And speaking on the Handbrake Off podcast, former Arsenal star Clarke was impressed with what he saw from Havertz, with the pundit praising the Germany international’s involvement the goals against Sheffield United.
Indeed, Havertz scored one and assisted another playing in the centre-forward role, with the former Chelsea man looking comfortable in the Arsenal system in recent weeks.
Clarke said about Havertz’s performance against Sheffield United: “He was superb, it was an interesting selection, for him to lead the line again was interesting, and obviously it worked.
“You look at the goals and he was heavily involved, and his own finish was magnificent,” with Clarke adding about Havertz: “He’s magic in terms of his movement”

Eyebrows were raised when Arsenal decided to make Havertz one of their most expensive signings ever during a crucial period for the north London side.
The former Chelsea man looked like an unusual fit for Arsenal, yet Arteta has again proved the critics wrong over a big signing, with Havertz looking the part since his £65m move last summer.
The German international’s versatility has made Havertz an incredible option for Arsenal to have, and many fans will be excited to see what’s to come from the 24-year-old in the years to come.
