Arsenal are reportedly monitoring Real Sociedad youngster and Swedish international Alexander Isak.
According to The Athletic, the Gunners are tracking the Swede and have identified Isak as a potential target this summer. As per the report, Edu Gasper highly rates the 21-year-old attacker, who last season bagged 17 goals in La Liga.
Indeed, Isak is expected to have a starring role for Sweden in the Euros with Zlatan Ibrahimovic out injured.

The Sociedad striker won’t come cheap, though. As per the report, Isak has a €70m (£60m) release clause with the Basque club.
To complicate matters further for Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund have a buyback clause of just €30m (£26m) for the 21-year-old attacker.
Moreover, with rumours of Erling Haaland heading to Chelsea this summer starting to gather momentum, the Bundesliga side could activate this buyback clause and have a ready-made replacement for the Norwegian superstar, leaving Arsenal empty-handed.
Off the back of a productive season, Isak could be a realistic signing for Arsenal given his release fee and his position.Embed from Getty Images
Indeed, Alexandre Lacazette is likely to leave north London this summer. And although Arsenal will still have the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Gabriel Martinelli and Folarin Balogun, Isak could be a sensational option to add to the mix.
At just 21, Isak is already an extremely experienced player for both club and country. And his time at Sociedad has seen the attacker blossom into one of Europe’s top young strikers who could go on to become one of the best in the continent in the next few years.
Factor in Aubameyang’s age and the uncertainty of how Balogun will develop, Isak could be the striker Arsenal need to lead the line for the future. And at £60m, the attacker could just be worth the risk this summer.
