Ronaldo Nazario has delivered his verdict on who will win the Premier League this season between Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City.
The north London side currently sit top of the standings after last weekend’s results saw the Gunners overtake Liverpool and Manchester City, who played out a 1-1 draw at Anfield.
With Arsenal’s next league game coming at the end of the month at the Etihad Stadium, Mikel Arteta has a huge gap in his calendar to work out a plan to beat the reigning English champions and Premier League favourites.

And speaking to the Daily Mail, Ronaldo has given his prediction on who will win the league this season, with the former FC Barcelona and Inter Milan striker simply replying with: “Manchester City.”
Indeed, Pep Guardiola’s side are yet to reach the form that makes City such an unstoppable winning machine, yet that could soon come after the March international break.
Victory against Arsenal could give the Cityzens the motivation needed to go on a tear in the league and to win their fourth consectuve Premier League, the first team to ever achieve such a feat in England.
Which is why Arsenal getting a result in Manchester will be such a huge feat for the Gunners, with City clearly the side that needs stopping if there is to be a new Premier League champion.
Mikel Arteta needs to believe he can stop Manchester City
Arsenal seem to have turn a corner playing against City this season, with the Gunners beating the Manchester giants twice both in the Community Shield and in the Premier League.
And heading into the mammouth encounter later this month between the two sides, Arteta needs to have the belief that he and his Arsenal team can beat City at their own game.
With Arsenal not winning at the Etihad since 2015, ending the nine-year winnless streak would be a heck of an achievement for the north London side, who will be well-rested and fully stocked on the bench.
