Thomas Frank has expressed his anger at Kai Havertz for avoiding a red card in Arsenal’s 2-1 win against Brentford this weekend.
The German superstar scored the winning goal for the north London side as Havertz extended his goalscoring run to four games, with Arsenal now winning their last eight in the Premier League.
However, there was controversy surrounding Havertz’s winner with many rival fans claiming that the 24-year-old attacking midfielder should not have even been on the pitch after diving whilst on a yellow card.

And speaking to journalist Chris Wheatley, Frank was furious that Havertz was allowed to get away with a second yellow card, with the German clearly flopping in the box.
Whilst few fail to point out that Havertz’s initial yellow card booking was the softest from the entire game, many rival fans and now pundits believe that the former Chelsea man simply should not have been on the pitch when he scored his winner.
And Frank has thrown his hat into the ring, with the Bees manager fuming that Havertz wasn’t sent off for what looked like a clear dive in the second half.
The Brentford manager said: “I actually don’t think Havertz should be on the pitch when he scored. It was a clear dive. Maybe it is difficult for the ref but the linesman should have seen it.”
Gooners won’t care about Kai Havertz’s dive

With Havertz coming up clutch yet again to score his second late winner of the season against Brentford, few Arsenal fans will be made with what the 24-year-old did on Saturday.
Yes, the attacking midfielder risked being sent off with a dive that sold the referee, but it was something any player would have done in the exact same scenario, especially with the game tied at 1-1.
And for Arsenal fans, there will be some form of respect for Havertz after his antics, especially with the German claiming the winner and sending the north London side within one step closer of the title.
