Arsenal moved onto the next round of the Europa League while Tottenham Hotspur crashed out of the competition in typical Tottenham Hotspur fashion.
Mikel Arteta’s men lost the game yesterday but still did enough to get past Olympiacos. Jose Mourinho’s side, on the other hand, bottled a comfortable lead and have once again shown that they will always be in our shadows.
The Gunners boss was not happy with his side’s display yesterday. He made that perfectly clear after the game, but there was a moment in his post-match press conference that every Arsenal fan will thoroughly enjoy.
Arteta was quizzed about Tottenham’s result in his press conference after the game. The Arsenal boss did aim a subtle dig at Spurs (Read here), but he did something hilarious just before he answered the question.
In the video below, Arteta appears to be biting his lip to avoid laughing at Tottenham crashing out of the competition.
Predictably, Arsenal fans loved this.
