Arsenal skipper Martin Odegaard has nutmegged plenty of players in the Premier League this season, but the Norwegian was given a taste of his own medicine by Leandro Trossard.

The Gunners were hard at work today at London Colney ahead of our big game against Liverpool on Sunday. The Reds have been our toughest opponents over the years, especially away from home, but we have to break that curse this weekend.

Odegaard and Trossard will do everything they can to get the job done.

Why Pele Is Overrated.

Arsenal’s Leandro Trossard pulls off incredible nutmeg on Martin Odegaard

The Arsenal players were involved in a game of rondo at London Colney today and Odegaard was in the middle.

The Norwegian is one of the most skilful footballers in the world. The things he can do with the ball at his feet are magical, and he has the ability to absolutely humiliate players around him when he’s in possession.

This time, however, Odegaard realised how it feels to be at the wrong end of a tremendous bit of skill.

In a video released by Arsenal today, Trossard can be seen beating Odegaard to the ball and keeping hold of possession. He then holds his captain off, drags the ball back and brilliantly flicks it in between Odegaard’s feet.

We’re sure Odegaard will not want to watch this one back.

Selection dilemma vs Liverpool

After months of injury issues, Mikel Arteta finally has a bit of a selection headache up top.

Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka will start on either flank, while Odegaard too is a guaranteed starter. The dilemma is up top – between Gabriel Jesus and our £20 million January signing, Trossard.

Both players have been absolutely incredible for us. They’re both more than capable of coming up with the goods as well to help us break our curse at Anfield this weekend.

We’d be happy with either up top, but following his brace last weekend, we have a feeling it will be Jesus.
