Arsenal star Bukayo Saka met England legend David Beckham recently, and what happened between the two was caught on camera.
Beckham has been retired for a while now, but he’s still a hero to many young footballers. He’s hugely respected in the world of football, and Saka’s reaction to meeting him shows just that.

What Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka shyly did when he met David Beckham
Beckham visited the England camp in Qatar recently to have a chat with everyone around.
He was spotted having a conversation with Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate and Manchester City star Jack Grealish when a very shy Saka walked up to talk to him.
In a video that was captured on HaytersTV that has since gone viral on social media, the Arsenal man is politely heard saying: “Sorry to interrupt but can I have a picture with you?”
Beckham gives him a smile, puts his arm around him and obliges. You can see the delight on Saka’s face.

David Beckham supported Saka after Euro 2020
Saka’s football career so far has mostly been filled with highs, but the biggest low has to be the Euro 2020 final.
The Arsenal man missed the final penalty in the shootout against Italy. Along with Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford and Raheem Sterling, he was subjected to disgusting racial abuse on social media, and that brought the whole country together.
Saka and co received immense support from many big names in world football, including David Beckham, who hailed them on Instagram.
He wrote, as quoted by Yahoo: “These boys have ignited and excited our country for the past 4 weeks in a way that only football can… We are proud of everything they have achieved and everything they stand for… And they have done this in the most humble way.”
