Arsenal are looking to make PSG youngster Emmanuel Mbemba one of their summer signings and have a plan in mind to manage him if they do indeed pull it off.
Reports suggest the Gunners have already approached Mbemba with their terms and a plan for the future.
The 18-year-old has emerged on the Gunners’ radar and despite PSG being European Champions again, there is a belief Arsenal can get a deal done.
However, with Mbemba yet to qualify for a full work permit in Britain, Arsenal need a plan to eventually get him towards that goal.

“Arsenal have made contact with the camp of Emmanuel Mbemba with a view to sign him this window. The u19 PSG captain is open to a move away with Nuno Mendes blocking his pathway in France. Arsenal have laid out a pathway which involves him potentially being loaned out mirroring the path of William Saliba.

“Still work to be done to secure one of France’s top talents as Arsenal also make enquiries for Elijah Upson & Sam Amissah The data team at Arsenal are thought to be very keen on Mbema while Berta & Maurizio Micheli continues to build a youth dynasty at Arsenal to solidify the future of the English Champions.”
The mention of both Elijah Upson and Sam Amissah is also interesting to note.
The Gunners are clearly looking to add young players to their ranks who they see as being key and top players in the future.
Mbemba – who is a captain at PSG at his age level – is clearly a player highly-rated among those looking on for the Gunners.
