Journalist Carrie Brown spotted Arteta telling fans waiting for pictures and signatures outside the team’s bus: “We go again!”
The Arsenal boss received a fair amount of stick from the home supporters; however, he stayed outside to make sure to greet the fans who had made the trip to the south coast.
The Gunners produced one of their worst performances of the season as they were beaten 2-1 by a team sitting seventh in the Championship.
Not only does it end the Gunners’ hopes of winning another trophy, but it will also leave question marks as to whether this team have the bottle to win the Premier League.

However, Arteta has been quick to reassure fans that the team will bounce back and has told them that they will go again on Tuesday.
Sporting is going to be a very tricky game for the North London club, with the Portuguese side already beating the likes of PSG, Bodo/Glimt, and Marseille.
Meanwhile, in the Premier League, the Gunners host Bournemouth, and Andoni Iraola was spotted scouting Arsenal ahead of the match.
Arteta needs to make sure he is ready for next Saturday’s match and will not have any excuses for not taking all three points.
