Arsenal are preparing for some changes to their recruitment department as Andrea Berta gets to work on some key hires behind the scenes.
One of those is Matteo Tognozzi, who is in advanced talks with Arsenal over a move to join the Gunners as part of the recruitment team.
An Italian scout, Tognozzi has plenty of experience across European football when it comes to finding talent.
