Arsenal’s season may be over, but the campaign is yet to come to a close for several members of Mikel Arteta’s squad, who are now on international duty.
Eleven Arsenal players were called up by their nations for the June internationals, including Gabriel Martinelli, who returned to the Brazil squad for the first time since last year.
The Gunners players will be involved in World Cup qualifying matches, Nations League semi-finals and friendlies, with each set to play two games before being released for their summer holiday.
Ethan Nwaneri could play up to six games, as he participates in the Under-21 European Championship with England, meaning the teenager will be the last to return to Arsenal’s pre-season training.

Why Declan Rice wasn’t with the England Squad for trip to the F1
Myles Lewis-Skelly received his first England call-up back in March, and the Hale End graduate has been included in Thomas Tuchel’s squad again for the Three Lions’ summer fixtures.
Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice were also named in the German’s ensemble.
The England team went to see the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday, with Lewis-Skelly and Saka pictured roaming the track in Barcelona.
However, eager-eyed fans may have realised Rice was nowhere to be seen in the photos from the outing.
That’s because Rice didn’t travel with the England squad to Catalonia, as he was instead attending former West Ham teammate Jarrod Bowen’s wedding.
Celebrating his old friend’s marriage, Rice and another England star, Ezri Konsa, will join up with the Three Lions squad at some point next week.
England take on Andorra in a World Cup qualifier in Barcelona on Saturday, before playing a friendly against Senegal in Nottingham next Tuesday.

When might Arsenal’s England stars return to pre-season training?
Arsenal travel to Asia for their pre-season tour this summer, with their first clash coming against AC Milan in Singapore on July 23rd.
The Gunners will likely depart for this tour between July 18th and 20th.
Arteta is likely to assemble his squad for training on Monday, July 7th, six weeks after the conclusion of the 2024/25 season.
However, with Arsenal’s England trio on international duty until June 10th, they’re likely to be granted a slightly extended rest, alongside the rest of the North Londoners’ internationals.
Players are typically given a minimum of four weeks off, meaning the England stars could be back at London Colney at any point from July 10th onwards, and they should be involved for the entirety of the Asia tour.
