Whenever Arsenal lose a game, the natural reaction from some in the fanbase and the media is to overreact and declare the title race wide open again.
With Man City refusing to go away, some of those worries and reactions do have some meaning behind them.
Arsenal, too, have ‘bottled it’ twice in the last few years from winning positions in the Premier League so naturally, there is some tension.
Do you think Arsenal will clinch the Premier League title at the Etihad?
However, while each loss or draw is met with discussion after discussion, it’s easy to overlook what’s actually happening after those dropped points.
In fact, it’s so impressive, that it’s actually the trait that’s going to win Arsenal the league.
Arsenal keep bouncing back and nobody talks about it
When Arsenal lost to Man United a few weeks back and dropped points against Liverpool and Nottingham Forest, it was as if the world had ended for some.
However, it’s important that Arsenal fans actually look at what happens afterwards.

Indeed, when Arsenal lost their first league game of the season at Liverpool, the Gunners followed it up with an 18-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
Following their second defeat at Aston Villa, Arsenal then went another 12 games unbeaten.
Now, after losing to United, Arsenal have won four games in a row in all competitions and look back to their best already.
That mentality and ability to bounce back is what champions do. And right now, it’s what’s going to lead them to the Premier League title.
Arsenal’s next six Premier League fixtures
There’s an important run of games coming up for Arsenal in quick succession which will ultimately decide the season for them.
The Gunners host Brentford this week, before facing Wigan in the FA Cup. After that, they take on Wolves and Tottenham away in the space of a few days, before they have nine days to recover to prepare for both Chelsea and Brighton.
🔮 How many points will Arsenal and Man City take from their next five Premier League games…
After that, it’s a home clash with Everton before they take on Man City at Wembley in the first final of the season.
That takes us to the 22nd of March and it feels very much like we’ll know where things stand by then.
If Arsenal come through this period, and win the cup, then it’s really time to start dreaming.
