FTK Thought for the day: Watch Ryo Miyaichi

Cometh the hour cometh the man! Having logged onto to Arsenal’s official site today, I have to say that I am salivating at the prospect of young Ryo returning to pre-season in Arsenal colours. He was impressive last pre-season but after his amazing spell at Feyenoord, he really has all the appearances of a potent new prospect. But this is not just FTK jumping upon the band wagon, I am not alone in marvelling at this young players seemingly quenchless thirst for getting the football and running at the opposition, but I do believe that he can bring something exciting to the Arsenal squad. That is a work ethic rarely seen in the last two seasons.
His work ethic is simple and to the point. Run until you drop, and when you drop, pick yourself up and run some more. He is such a breath of fresh air that he should shame some of our over paid squaddies into at last breaking sweat. His energy levels are high, and his smile is infectious, and you will never see him lose possession and then just wave his arms in despair or stand there with his hands upon his hips (Arshavin please take note) This lad will try and get back possession and support his defensive counterpart.
Our season’s prospects could be lifted if the previous problems with work permits have been overcome and he is able to play in the Premier league. Let him loose Arsene I say! Giving him the ball is like lighting the blue touch paper and having to stand back as the firework explores in to showers of kalaedoscopic colours. It follows that I have chosen the lad to be my player upon the back of my Anniversary Shirt that I pre-ordered, but one snag. I don’t have a squad number yet so it will have to wait. He is seen on the London Colney training ground with 93, but until the final Premier League squad is announced, I won’t be able to sort that one out. So if you are fed up this afternoon awaiting confirmation of Gervinho’s transfer to Arsenal, or sick to the stomach with the latest twists and turns of Fabregas’s imminent transfer to Barcelona. You could cheer yourself up with the future prospect of Arsenal Football Club. Watch some youtube videos of Rio Miyachi and enjoy….
