Real Madrid have ruled out a move to sign Kylian Mbappe next year, and Arsenal fans are dreaming of seeing him at the Emirates.

The Paris Saint-Germain superstar was expected by everyone to run down his contract at PSG and join Real Madrid on a free transfer next year. However, if reports from Spain are to be believed, that will not happen, and Arsenal fans have started dreaming.

Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid was viewed as imminent by many in the game.

The Galacticos have previously tried to sign him from PSG, but the French champions refused to let him go. The likely scenario was that the World Cup winner would leave Paris as a free agent and move to the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2024.

However, Cadena Ser claim this week that Real Madrid have ‘definitively’ ruled out a move to sign Mbappe, even if he is available on a free transfer at the end of this season.

It has been claimed that Mbappe’s salary and signing bonus demands combined with the fact that he will be ‘almost 26’ by the time he reaches Madrid go against the club’s transfer policy.

To add to that, Mbappe’s decision to sign a new contract at PSG instead of joining Real Madrid two years ago has reportedly not gone down well in the Spanish capital.

Now, once again, Mbappe’s future is up in the air.

Arsenal fans are dreaming of signing Mbappe

As football fans, we all love to dream, and there can’t be a bigger transfer dream than to see Kylian Mbappe join Arsenal next year.

The Frenchman has been compared to Thierry Henry on numerous occasions in the past, and what better way to follow in The King’s footsteps than to join Arsenal?

Right after the news about Real Madrid’s decision on Mbappe emerged, Arsenal fans on social media were all saying the same thing!
