Arsenal fans have been reacting to the reports linking Tariq Lamptey with a move to the Emirates Stadium.
According to The Mirror, the Gunners are weighing up a move for the Brighton star, with Barcelona presidential candidate Joan Laporta said to be keen to bring Hector Bellerin to the Nou Camp.
Lamptey has been in very impressive form for Graham Potter’s side so far this season, after making his move to the Amex Stadium permanent in the summer.
The 20-year-old has caught the eye with some exhilarating performances as a right wing-back, with his searing pace an impressive part of his game.
Brighton are acutely aware of how well Lamptey has done since joining them, and it is thought they are keen to extend his contract.
At Arsenal, fans have watched on with concern at the form of Bellerin this season.
The Spaniard has struggled at times, but has largely had the backing of Mikel Arteta despite having Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Cedric Soares in reserve.
