The end of a busy summer of business is in sight, but for Arsenal, there could be yet more business to complete.

So far, the Gunners have signed seven players, bolstering their options across the whole squad while raising the quality levels too.

Some sales have been completed by Arsenal as well, but there could be even more exits as Andrea Berta looks to raise some funds.

With that, and some surprise signings potentially around the corner, here’s a look at five deals Arsenal could secure on transfer deadline day.

Piero Hincapie to Arsenal deal could go through

Much of Arsenal’s business coming into the club is completed, but there could be one deal left in the pipeline.

Piero Hincapie is closing in on a potential move to Arsenal, looking likely to join from Bayer Leverkusen in the coming hours.

The Ecuadorian international is a left-sided defender, capable of playing as a centre-back and at left-back if required.

The deal looks likely to be a loan with an option to buy, with Hincapie’s loan likely to help with PSR compliance.

It would mark the eighth signing of a busy summer for Arsenal.

Reiss Nelson faces Arsenal exit on deadline day

Exits are likely to dominate the agenda for Arsenal on deadline day, which will lead to a potential exit for Reiss Nelson.

The Arsenal academy graduate hasn’t been involved in a Premier League matchday squad so far this season, as he appears to be out of Mikel Arteta’s plans.

Nelson has interest from Crystal Palace and Fulham, with a price in the range of £15 million quoted for his services.

Oleksandr Zinchenko in line for potential move

Another player who is seemingly out of Arsenal’s plans is Oleksandr Zinchenko.

The Ukrainian full-back is another who is yet to feature this season, as the left-back role is occupied by others in front of him.

Zinchenko revealed his frustrations at Arsenal, having not been part of the plans under Arteta in the past few months.

The defender is being linked with a possible loan exit, though the main question still surrounds his wages and whether a deal is possible.

Fabio Vieira could leave Arsenal

Fabio Vieira has returned from his loan spell at Porto, where he struggled to recapture some of his best form.

There have been plenty of links surrounding the Portuguese star and his next move, though time is running out.

Stuttgart have shown interest in Vieira, and they have funds thanks to the sale of Nick Woltemade.

Albert Sambi Lokonga close to transfer

Albert Sambi Lokonga is close to joining Hamburg in the summer transfer window, right before it closes.

The midfielder, who has spent the past two seasons on loan, has just 12 months remaining on his current contract at the club and looks likely to leave.

Any fee would represent a decent deal for Arsenal, as they look to recoup some money from an expensive summer.
