Tottenham make contact for Arsenal transfer target Randal Kolo Muani
Tottenham have made contact with PSG over a potential deal for Arsenal transfer target Randal Kolo Muani, reports Fabrizio Romano.
The forward is set to leave Les Parisiens before the end of the January transfer window, with uncertainty surrounding his future.
The versatile Frenchman has struggled for minutes since switching Eintracht Frankfurt for PSG, with a lack of game time so far this season.
While Tottenham have made contact and Arsenal appear to be interested, they aren’t the only teams in the race.
Reports have also put the likes of Juventus and Manchester United in the frame for Kolo Muani as interest grows in his services.
Arsenal linked with transfer switch for Igor Paixao
Arsenal are showing interest in a potential transfer switch for Feyenoord winger Igor Paixao, claims CaughtOffside.
The forward has been scouted by the Gunners, but he has also been in the frame for Premier League title rivals Liverpool.
The 24-year-old is also on the radar of Tottenham, Aston Villa, West Ham and Roma, creating plenty of competition for his signature.

It’s claimed roughly €35million [£29million] could be enough to land the Brazilian, who can play several forward positions.
Paixao has four goals and nine assists in the Eredivisie this season in 17 appearances for Feyenoord, having already matched his goal involvement tally from last campaign.
It remains to be seen whether a bid will be submitted from Arsenal in the coming weeks of the transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano gives update on Arsenal targets Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo
Arsenal’s hunt for a new forward continues in the January transfer window, with several different names linked with a switch.
None appear to be clear frontrunners though, with Wolves star Matheus Cunha and Brentford ace Bryan Mbeumo amongst those rumoured with a move.
An update from Fabrizio Romano appears to rule the pair out from joining Arsenal though, coming as a huge blow.

Speaking to Give Me Sport, the journalist said: “Brentford have no plans to part ways with Bryan Mbeumo despite links with some of the biggest clubs in England.
“He’s doing fantastically and Brentford want to keep Mbeumo at least until the end of the season – only a completely crazy proposal could change the scenario.”
On Cunha he continued: “Not even that would change the scenario at Wolves where Matheus Cunha’s set to sign a new deal with salary improved as part of the agreement.
“He’s been monitored and appreciated by Arsenal for months, but he was too expensive for the January window and untouchable for manager Vitor Pereira, who’s started very well at the club.”
It remains to be seen who could be picked as the next set of targets for Arsenal if they are to make any moves in the January window.
