Noni Madueke has liked an Instagram post linking Arsenal to Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers.
According to talkSPORT, Mikel Arteta is personally leading Arsenal’s pursuit of the 23-year-old, with preliminary discussions already taking place with the player’s representatives.
Chelsea and Manchester United are also monitoring the situation, but Arsenal are pushing hard to get to the front of the queue.
Current Arsenal star Noni Madueke has since liked a post from Rising Ballers linking the Gunners to Rogers, with the caption: “This could be huge… Arsenal are reportedly looking to ‘step up’ their interest in Villa baller Morgan Rogers.
“Villa value Rogers at a minimum of £80m but a bidding war is likely to drive that price to around £100m.
“Imagine his link-up with Bukayo, Noni, Declan, Max Dowman and MLS. The vibes would be unreal.”

Aston Villa value Rogers at a minimum of £80 million, with that figure likely to rise considerably if a bidding war develops.
Rogers scored in Villa’s Europa League final win over Freiburg this season and has established himself as one of the most exciting attacking midfielders in the Premier League.
Morgan Rogers would be the ideal fit for Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal
Mikel Arteta’s interest in Morgan Rogers is not new.
The Athletic reported last summer that the Arsenal manager had identified Madueke, Eberechi Eze and Rogers as three players he wants — and 12 months later, he may well end up with all three.
The trio, along with Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice have been named in Thomas Tuchel’s World Cup squad, signalling the strength of the English core Arteta could assemble.
Rogers’ powerful running, versatility across attacking positions, and ball striking ability make him an ideal fit for Arteta’s system.
His arrival would also increase competition for places, and likely aligns with reports that Arsenal are ready to sell Gabriel Martinelli this summer.
As for Madueke, he is expected to be fit and available for Saturday’s Champions League final having recovered from a minor injury sustained against Crystal Palace.
He will be hoping to add a European winner’s medal to his Premier League title, and perhaps, come the summer, a new England teammate in north London.
