Arsenal may look to sell Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer to help fund their move for a marquee striker.
Zinchenko was a peripheral figure at the Emirates last season, starting just five Premier League games throughout the entire campaign.
Falling behind the likes of Myles Lewis-Skelly and Riccardo Calafiori in the pecking order at left-back, the Ukrainian is expected to depart N5 in this transfer window.
AC Milan are interested in signing Zinchenko, and a senior figure within the Italian club is understood to have flown to London to discuss the potential deal this week.
However, the former Manchester City man could yet help Arsenal with one more thing before leaving for Serie A.

Arsenal are interested in signing Vladyslav Vanat
According to TBR Football, Arsenal are interested in signing Dynamo Kyiv striker Vladyslav Vanat this summer.
Vanat scored 14 goals in just 27 appearances in the Ukrainian Premier League last season, sparking interest from a host of top clubs, including the Gunners, Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea.
The prolific number nine is set to feature at the Under-21 European Championship for Ukraine, and is expected to lead the line for his nation at the tournament.
Transfer expert Graeme Bailey described Vanat as “arguably the most fascinating player” set to compete in the youth Euros in Slovakia.
He’ll get the opportunity to impress his many potential suitors while playing in the competition, and movement on the transfer front is expected to materialise after Ukraine’s exploits are over.
Despite being a ruthless finisher, Vanat would need a lot of work and would likely arrive at the Emirates alongside a more established centre-forward option like Viktor Gyokeres or Ollie Watkins.

Oleksandr Zinchenko can convince Vladyslav Vanat to join Arsenal
Zinchenko holds a good relationship with Mykhailo Mudryk, and it’s well documented that the left-back convinced the winger to sign for Arsenal back in January 2023, before Chelsea offered Shakhtar Donetsk a sum of money they couldn’t refuse.
Before potentially leaving for Milan, the Gunners star could repeat the feat with Vanat.
While the 23-year-old striker is currently in Ukraine’s under-21 squad, he’s made 10 appearances for the country’s senior side over the last three years, and thus, has shared a dressing room with Zinchenko.
The Milan-bound man is Ukraine’s captain, and one of the nation’s most coveted players, so he is likely to be a well-respected figure in the Blue and Yellows’ camp.
If Zinchenko waxes lyrical about the Arsenal project to Vanat, it could well sway the centre-forward’s decision when it comes to his next destination.
