Emile Smith Rowe is the subject of intense transfer interest, and he could end up leaving Arsenal this summer.
The 23-year-old has hardly featured in the last two seasons despite his talent following injury issues, and Arsenal could begrudgingly sell him as he needs regular action to continue his development.
Arsenal rejected a bid from Fulham for Smith Rowe, and Marco Silva’s side could return with a higher offer, potentially even close to £40m.
Smith Rowe is an exceptional talent at his best, and there is no shortage of interest in him, with another Premier League side now set to join Fulham in a bidding war for the England International.
Crystal Palace to bid for Arsenal star Emile Smith Rowe
Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that Crystal Palace will make a bid for Smith Rowe, with manager Oliver Glasner a huge admirer of the player.
“Understand Crystal Palace are set to bid for Emile Smith-Rowe. Fulham had proposal rejected by Arsenal this week and Palace now set to try, as Oliver Glasner really wants him,” he posted on X.
Palace recently lost Michael Olise to Bayern Munich, whilst Eberechi Eze has been linked with several clubs including Arsenal, meaning they have the need and means to pay a significant fee for Smith Rowe.
Bidding war for Emile Smith Rowe is good for Arsenal

Smith Rowe is a popular figure at Arsenal, and was a key player in Arteta’s early years at the club, perhaps even saving the Spaniard’s job at one point.
Arsenal would love to keep him, but the reality is that his value may never be higher, and he has fallen down the pecking order when he now needs to be playing regularly.
The fact that two clubs who have just made major sales to Bayern Munich have entered the bidding war is excellent news.
Arsenal are now in a position where they can demand a higher fee for Smith Rowe, knowing that they would happily keep him if no one agrees to it, and they could be looking at a record sale, which would also give the club a massive PSR boost given Smith Rowe’s homegrown status.
