Thierry Henry rates Arsenal target Maghnes Akliouche
Thierry Henry is a massive fan of Akliouche, having coached him for the France U-21 team at the Olympic Games in Paris.
Speaking about Akliouche back in 2024, Henry told Le Quotidien du Sport: “What impresses me most is the way he presses, how he always wants the ball, his activity, his desire, his intention.”
“I’m not talking about his qualities, which are enormous, especially his turning, his forward movement, and his final pass.
“What impresses me is his work off the ball. That intelligence to stop two meters before being beaten by a dribble. And not to throw himself blindly into the press. He has this ability to understand with and without the ball.”
