Arsenal won’t be the busiest team on transfer deadline day, but that’s not to say they won’t be completing some deals.
The Gunners have already enjoyed a summer transfer window stacked with incoming talent, as several stars have come in at a cost of around £250 million.
It has bolstered Mikel Arteta’s squad ahead of what is expected to be another long and tough season across all competitions.
As injuries hit Arsenal hard, some have questioned what deals could be left to do in the final hours of the market.

Arsenal likely to end summer transfer signings with Piero Hincapie move
Arsenal are lining up a move for Piero Hincapie, as the Bayer Leverkusen defender is open to an exit in the final hours of the transfer window.
The Ecuadorian international has appeared as a late option for the Gunners, with the possibility of bolstering their backline.
According to the Mirror, the deal will be a loan with an option to buy, believed to be worth roughly £45 million.
That is expected to trigger Jakub Kiwior’s exit from Arsenal, as he closes in on a move to Porto this summer.
The report claims that Hincapie is expected to be the final addition of the window for the Gunners, and no further signings are likely to be made.
It would end Arsenal’s summer off with roughly £250 million spent, while a permanent deal for Hincapie would move on to next year’s accounts.

Arsenal focus on sales in final hours of the summer transfer window
While incomings have been near enough completed for the summer window, there still remain some concerns surrounding Arsenal’s ability to sell players.
At the start of deadline day, Arsenal had five players available to leave, who all needed somewhere to go.
Albert Sambi Lokonga, Reiss Nelson, Fabio Vieira, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior were all in search of new challenges.
Leaving it that late, and without the leverage to get good fees for them, is a concern that needs to be addressed moving forward.
The focus on sales will help offset some of the finances that Arsenal have pushed out on this summer, but compared to their rivals, there is a long way still to go when it comes to raising funds.
