Max Dowman has maintained his perfect record of scoring in each youth match for Arsenal’s academy this season after netting twice against Bayern Munich U-19.
The 15-year-old continues to prove why he is one of the most exciting talents in Europe by scoring a brace for Arsenal in the UEFA Youth League.
The teenager’s second goal in stoppage time was truly special as he beat three defenders, producing a lovely turn before lifting it over the keeper.
Max Dowman’s special goal in the UEFA Youth League
Dowman missed Arsenal training on Tuesday, but it was clear that the plan was for him to play in the UEFA Youth League for the Gunners.
The teenager could still make the bench for Mikel Arteta’s team later today; however, that now seems unlikely given that he played 90 minutes for the U-19s.

Max Dowman’s perfect record for Arsenal’s youth team
Max Dowman has now scored in every game he has played for Arsenal’s youth teams this season, following his brace against Bayern Munich.
His two goals against Bayern mean that he now has six goals in four matches for the North London club’s academy this term.
The young Gunners team secured an impressive 4-2 win over the German side after coming from behind to beat the German outfit.
Who is Arsenal’s biggest prospect?
Arsenal’s U-19 side have struggled in the competition this season, having lost all four of their opening matches and currently sit outside the play-off spots.
Dowman had played just once in the UEFA Youth League this season, also netting a brace against Atletico Madrid in a 4-3 defeat.
The Gunners have high hopes for Dowman with a new Arsenal scholarship on offer when he turns 16 at the end of December.
Luis Munoz breaks history for Arsenal’s U-19s team
Luis Munoz became the youngest player to feature in UEFA Youth League as he also played for Arsenal’s U-19s team against Bayern.
Aged just 13 years and 343 days, the teenager came off the bench late on for David Horseman’s side to break the previous record, which was 14 years and 93 days.
The Hale End academy continues to churn out some of the finest young talents in Europe, with Dowman and Munoz certainly a big part of that.
