The transfer deadline day is upon us and it doesn’t look like Arsenal will sign anybody as things stand. However, there could be as many as four departures before the window shuts at 11:00 pm tonight.

Arsenal have had a decent window in terms of incomings. We’ve signed Nuno Tavares, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Ben White, Aaron Ramsdale and Martin Odegaard on permanent deals, and all five of them are excellent additions to our squad.

We’ve managed to offload Matteo Guenoudzi, Joe Willock, David Luiz and Lucas Torreira, while Dani Ceballos and Maty Ryan’s loan deals weren’t extended either. That’s not all, Arsenal could yet let four players leave on transfer deadline day.

Four players who could leave Arsenal on transfer deadline day

Hector Bellerin:

The Spaniard is desperate to leave Arsenal before the window shuts. Calum Chambers and Cedric Soares are both ahead of him in the pecking order at the moment and it just feels like it’s the right time to move on.

Bellerin has been linked with multiple clubs since the window opened. Sadly, no move has materialised, but with 24 hours left in the transfer window at the time of writing, he could well find himself a new home.

Eddie Nketiah:

The Englishman was one player everyone was certain would leave Arsenal this summer. He has less than a year left on his contract and we have to sell him now to make some money, but an unfortunate injury has hurt his chances.

However, there is still a chance he could leave Arsenal today. Crystal Palace are reportedly keen on his signature and it won’t be a surprise to see Patrick Vieira snap up the talented Englishman by the end of the day.

Reiss Nelson:

The Englishman simply cannot get a game at Arsenal at the moment. He has multiple players ahead of him in the pecking order and the best thing for him now would be to leave on a season-long loan deal.

Feyenoord are reportedly interested in his services and a move really does look imminent now. He will get a chance to learn from ex-Gunner Robin van Persie there and if he can pick up a few pointers from the Dutchman, he will come back a fine player.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles:

The versatile Englishman is desperate to leave Arsenal. He wants regular game time somewhere and that is not readily available at the Emirates at the moment, even though he would be brilliant for us at right-back.

Everton are keen to sign him, but Arsenal rejected their offer. Maitland-Niles has had a go at the Gunners on Instagram to force his way out, and he may well get his wish before the window shuts later tonight.
