Arsenal star Bukayo Saka impressed yet again for the side against West Ham on Saturday evening with his display.
The winger was electric in his play, wreaking havoc on the Hammers by setting up Gabriel Magalhaes and Leandro Trossard for the opening two goals.
While he looked set to take a spot kick for the third goal, Saka handed the penalty to Martin Odegaard, despite the forward being the one who was fouled for the decision.
He did later take a spot kick for the side, more than playing his part in the game with one goal and two assists.
Saka’s contribution did result in him hitting a pretty impressive landmark for Arsenal and across the big European divisions.

Bukayo Saka hits double-figure assist tally
The two assists for Saka took him to a huge tally for the season already, hitting ten for the campaign and reaching those double figures.
It’s something that’s extremely impressive from the forward, given that just 13 games have been played in the Premier League this season.
Saka’s threat comes from both open play, the threat he offers on the wing, and the set-piece deliveries he has in his locker.
His performance made him the first player in the big five leagues to hit the milestone of ten assists for the campaign.
It’s something no one else has managed so far, not even some of Europe’s best players, which don’t even compare.

Bukayo Saka compared to Mohamed Salah, Kylian Mbappe and Martin Odegaard
Three big names who may be in the conversation to reach that tally are also Mohamed Salah, Kylian Mbappe and Martin Odegaard.
Neither of those three have managed to reach those numbers that Saka has hit so far, with their tally being far fewer.
- Mohamed Salah – six assists
- Kylian Mbappe – one assist
- Martin Odegaard – two assists
While it’s fair to say Odegaard has been out injury for a while, so he wouldn’t be expected up there, he is often seen as the playmaker.
But Saka now has the assists and goals to his name to suggest he is a complete player with world-class ability.
Given those impressive records he keeps on tumbling, it may be about time the Arsenal star gets the flowers that he deserves.
