After returning to action following surgery, Arsenal will be concerned about Bukayo Saka’s fitness once more.
For the first time since December, Saka started in the Premier League for Arsenal when the Gunners faced Ipswich Town.
Saka spent over 100 days out of action due to a hamstring tear, which required surgery to repair.
After Mikel Arteta took precaution when filtering the winger back into his starting XI, the Arsenal manager was given another reason to worry, as Saka was hurt against Ipswich.

Bukayo Saka spotted receiving treatment on ankle injury
If Arsenal dominating Ipswich in the early stages of the contest wasn’t enough of a warning for Kieran McKenna’s side, the real problems came when the hosts were reduced to ten men.
Just after the half-hour mark, Leif Davis was sent off for a horror tackle on Saka, flying into the forward from behind to see his ankle get caught in a concerning position.
Arsenal fans fumed after Davis’ red card as Saka appeared to be in some discomfort; however, the 23-year-old played on.
Despite doubts over the extent of the tackle, Arteta sent Saka out for the second half, but after 57 minutes, he was substituted.
Worry then set in for Arsenal fans, as Saka was spotted having ice strapped to his achilles by the club’s physio, as he removed his boot and his sock once sat on the bench.
With the Champions League semi-final approaching, Arsenal will take every precautionary measure to protect Saka ahead of the two-legged tie.
A rare injury-tainted campaign for Saka
Arsenal’s injury list this season has been a huge problem for Arteta, and arguably, an issue that has cost the Gunners the Premier League title.
Losing Saka for so long was a nightmare for Arsenal, so to have the forward back at this stage of the season has been a blessing.
The winger’s fitness has rarely been spoken about since his rise out of Hale End, as the forward tends to be available for the majority of campaigns.
This term has been a lesson for Saka, who has lost 122 days to injury in this season alone, missing a total of 23 games.
Arsenal will hope that the forward’s latest blow isn’t as bad as it initially looked, with an early substitution the correct call.
