As Arsenal take on Crystal Palace for the second time in just a few days, it’s a special occasion for Bukayo Saka in his career.
The winger has been one of the most important players in the side for some time, turning from a Hale End academy prospect into a quality option.
The reliance on Bukayo Saka has been clear at times but even when teams have doubled up on him, the 23-year-old has still been able to pull things out of a hat.
Arsenal will be hoping that there’s plenty more of that to come for the England international, who has reached yet another big milestone for the club.

Bukayo Saka makes 250th Arsenal appearance in Crystal Palace clash
Taking to the pitch at Selhurst Park on Saturday evening, Saka reached yet another impressive milestone at Arsenal.
The winger made his 250th appearance for the club, which marks a huge number ever since making his debut.
Saka’s appearance makes him the third-youngest player to reach that milestone for the Gunners, with two others managing it before the 23-year-old.
Cesc Fabregas was the quickest, managing it at 22 years old, while David O’Leary is just behind him, both of whom had top careers.
If Saka can continue on the trajectory he has been on at Arsenal, then the side are on for plenty of success with him in their ranks.
The first 250 appearances have been pretty successful and the Gunners will be hoping that the next 250 can be even better.

Bukayo Saka’s Arsenal career statistics so far
Heading into the tie with Crystal Palace, Saka’s statistics already made for extremely good reading for a player who has only continued to progress.
In his first 249 appearances, the star has managed 130 goal involvements, showing just how much he has helped.
Adding in the fact that he was developing a lot at the start and the fact that the side have improved plenty, the next 250 are likely to have even more goals and assists.
| Appearances | 249 |
| Goals | 67 |
| Assists | 63 |
While the personal achievements are great, Saka will be looking to add some honours to those lists with trophy victories.
There are plenty of chances for Arsenal to help with that aim, though it remains to be seen if they can get over the line.
