Arsenal produced a stunning European performance to hit seven past a sorry PSV side at the Philips Stadion.
Arsenal have a poor record against Dutch teams but took the initiative in the tie early on when Jurrien Timber and Ethan Nwaneri struck inside the first 25 minutes.
Mikel Merino added a third before half time as Noa Lang pulled one back for the hosts from the penalty spot. During a crazy first five minutes to the second half, Martin Odegaard and Leandro Trossard made it 5-1.
The gloss was put on the performance as Odegaard added a sixth before producing a sublime assist to set up Riccardo Calafiori, who brilliantly slotted the ball into the far corner.
