Arsenal secured a huge last-minute win over Southampton on the final day to land another three points to their Premier League tally.
The Gunners signed off for the 2024/25 season at Saint Mary’s, where Mikel Arteta named a team with plenty of changes.
Kieran Tierney scored on his final appearance for the club, waving farewell to the North London club in fine fashion.
While Ross Stewart threatened to spoil the end-of-season party with his headed goal, Martin Odegaard scored the winner in the final moments, finding the back of the net from range.
It was a moment that finally secured second place for Arsenal, but also broke a 101-year record at the same time.

Arsenal break record for longest winning run on the final day of the season
Arsenal’s record on the final day of the Premier League season is growing into an impressive one, with Mikel Arteta, Unai Emery and Arsene Wenger playing a part in that.
After Odegaard’s late strike, the Gunners now have a winning streak of 14 consecutive victories on the final day.
That record is now the longest in English top-flight history, previously held by Liverpool, who had 13 consecutive wins from 1907-1924.
It means Arsenal now hold the record, one that no other team seems close to beating anytime soon.
Arteta will now be looking to extend that run heading into the 2025/26 Premier League, though he will be hopeful that it ends with the title in his hands this time next year.
