Many great players have left Arsenal over the years.

The Emirates Stadium has been home to several superstars, but we have very rarely seen players end their careers in North London.

Some leave for bigger ambitions, while others move on because they don’t see a future at Arsenal.

One such player was Aaron Ramsey, and the Welshman is now a free agent again.

Aaron Ramsey terminates his contract at Pumas and is now a free agent

Ramsey surprised many people when he agreed to sign for UNAM Pumas in the summer.

The Wales international spent the last two seasons at Cardiff City, where he had an interesting time on and off the pitch.

At the end of the last campaign, Ramsey even became a player-manager for the Bluebirds. His side faced Jack Wilshere’s Norwich City on the final day of the campaign.

After moving to Mexico, Ramsey made just six appearances for Pumas, the last of which came at the end of September.

Since then, the Arsenal hero has had a tough time off the pitch because of the disappearance of his dog. He has now decided to bring an end to his time in Mexico.

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Ramsey has terminated his contract with Pumas and is now available as a free agent again.

Aaron Ramsey cried when he left Arsenal

Ramsey had his ups and downs when he was at Arsenal, but he brought a lot of joy to the fans.

The midfielder scored the winning goal in the FA Cup final against Hull City to help end a nine-year trophy drought at the club.

That goal made him a hero to Arsenal fans, but in the summer of 2019, Ramsey decided to leave the Gunners after he wasn’t offered an extension.

The Wales international was in tears on the final day of the season as he bid farewell to the fans after 11 years as an Arsenal player.

Ramsey then moved to Italy to join Juventus and has since played for Rangers, Nice, Cardiff and most recently, Pumas.

It will be interesting to see where the 34-year-old will end up next.
