Arsenal duo William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes have now revealed that Martin Odegaard is often the victim of one thing in training.
Club captain Martin Odegaard is apparently regularly caught out by one hilarious thing in Arsenal training sessions.
Odegaard has been sensational on the pitch for Arsenal this season. The Norwegian playmaker leads by example, presses relentlessly, and ties the Gunners’ attacking play together. Odegaard has been one of the most creative players in Europe this season.
Odegaard has also been described as a “perfect” Arsenal captain, and he is certainly now a fan favourite at the Emirates Stadium. Mikel Arteta clearly has full faith in the former Real Madrid man, and relies upon him heavily, as he starts virtually every game for the north London club and is seldom substituted off.

However, the player is also occasionally a figure of fun on the training pitch at London Colney for one reason.
William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes have now revealed that Odegaard is the player who is most likely to get nutmegged by his teammates in Arsenal training sessions, in an interview with Sky Sports.

The defensive duo were in agreement that the club captain would regularly fall victim to this trick.
Of course, as a skilful player in his own right, Odegaard is more than capable of getting his own back.

Strength of Arsenal squad set to be tested
There is clearly a great level of camaraderie in the Arsenal dressing room right now, which will be important over the coming weeks as the stress and pressure associated with being in a Premier League title race intensifies further with each passing match.
The Gunners have plenty of tough fixtures ahead, in both the Premier League and Champions League. They also have very little margin for error available to them, as indicated by the points tally that Jamie Carragher believes Arsenal will need in order to be crowned champions.
Not only will morale and squad harmony be crucial over the course of the run-in, but squad depth will likely be a defining factor too. With matches set to come thick and fast, Arteta cannot rely upon the same preferred starting XI to get the job done in every game. He will have to rest and rotate some of his key players between now and the end of the campaign.
