Catch all the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours, including updates on Omar Marmoush, Matheus Cunha and Kieran Tierney.
Manchester City eye Omar Marmoush transfer
Manchester City have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush in the January transfer window.
That’s according to Santi Aouna, who reports that the Cityzens have made a proposal to his agent over a potential switch.
Marmoush is claimed to be interested in joining City, though the situation is far from being sealed at this stage.
That may still give Arsenal a chance at landing the winger, who has been clinical so far in the Bundesliga.
With some outstanding form, the 25-year-old has 13 goals and eight assists in 15 league appearances this season.
Arsenal handed Matheus Cunha transfer blow
Arsenal’s interest in Wolves star Matheus Cunha is still active in the January transfer window, with hopes of bolstering the forward options available.
The Brazilian has impressed with the Old Gold this season, featuring as a centre-forward, a number ten and on the wing.
A move was seen as tough this month though, given his importance to Wolves in the middle of a relegation battle, but it may have been made even more challenging.

That’s because, according to the Daily Mail, Wolves are currently working on securing a new contract for Cunha with a new offer.
The 25-year-old currently has just over two years remaining on his deal at Molineux, with teams eyeing a potential deal.
Kieran Tierney to Celtic transfer update
Arsenal star Kieran Tierney is facing a potential exit from the side in the January transfer window, with uncertainty surrounding his future.
The left-back has just six months remaining on his contract, with the Gunners deciding against extending the deal by another year with the clause in his contract.
It means Tierney could sign a pre-contract deal elsewhere, with talks ramping up over a possible return to Celtic.
According to Fabrizio Romano, negotiations are underway over a potential switch for the left-back in the weeks ahead.
The reporter claims that Celtic are confident of making the move happen, while it’s unclear if he could join in January before his contract ends too.
Tierney had impressed in the spell he had at his boyhood club before he joined Arsenal, where he showed flashes of brilliance before his injury struggles and spell out of the team.
