Ahead of a potential debut in the Champions League, Fabrizio Romano has now been detailing Arsenal’s plan for one of their big prospects.
Romano was speaking on the ‘Daily Briefing’ and shared some details on 16-year-old Ethan Nwaneri’s future.

The Arsenal youngster is considered the brightest talent in the academy, a player who is constantly breaking records at the club.
And having signed a new deal with Arsenal in the last year, fans can now get excited about his rich potential.
Moreover, as part of his plan of development, Romano says Arsenal plan to seek a loan for Nwaneri next season.
Romano said: “This Arsenal wonderkid could be involved in today’s game at PSV after scoring five goals in one game in the FA Youth Cup.
“There was interest from basically from all English top clubs during the summer, they were all ready to sign Nwaneri if he was not going to sign new deal.
“But in the end Arsenal’s strategy was perfect and the boy only wanted to stay.
“I think being with the first-team squad will help him a lot now, while a loan could be considered next season.”
Fabrizio Romano says Arsenal plan to loan out Ethan Nwaneri next season
Whilst Romano is usually delivering exciting news regarding incoming transfers, fans might forgive him on this occasion.
Nwaneri’s development is going to be fascinating to watch under Mikel Arteta, a player who could be a star for Arsenal and England.

And it will certainly be interesting to see what kind of level the club would target for Nwaneri to make his first steps in senior football.
Moreover, it’ll also be interesting to see what role the club try to develop the 16-year-old in, a profile that is seemingly becoming increasingly attacking.
It’s going to be a fascinating watch, much like observing Charlie Patino at Swansea City.
Although he doesn’t quite hold the same potential at this stage of his career, Patino is still a real fan favourite.
And following some recent success in the Championship, Arsenal fans have all been saying the same thing about Patino.
