Arsenal are preparing for their final game of the Asia tour as they face North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in Hong Kong.
Mikel Arteta will be keen to build upon two decent performances on the trip so far and may hand debuts to new signings Viktor Gyokeres and Cristhian Mosquera.
Max Dowman has been starstruck playing alongside Declan Rice and William Saliba, but the 15-year-old has been the highlight of pre-season with his dazzling displays.
Dowman is set to feature once again in the clash with the arch enemy but another Arsenal star has just been praised by Liverpool’s new signing Jeremie Frimpong.

Jeremie Frimpong praises Jurrien Timber’s strength
Speaking to ESPN UK, Dutch star Frimpong was asked to describe his international teammates using just one word where possible.
He described his new Liverpool captain Virgil Van Dijk as a ‘leader’ but then had some special words for Gunners star Jurrien Timber.
Frimpong stated: “Rock. Rock solid. This guy, you can’t move him bro. Nah he’s too strong bro.”
Timber is still recovering from ankle surgery and has not featured in pre-season yet as he continues his rehabilitation with the medical team.
The expectation is that the defender will miss the start of the season with Ben White deputising in at right back.
Arteta will be keen for the Dutch star to be back available as quickly as possible after such a magnificent campaign last season.
Jeremie Frimpong and Jurrien Timber will be rivals this season
Despite their allegiances on the international stage, Frimpong and Timber will be going head to head for the Premier League title this season.
Both players are set to line up at right back for their respective club sides and offer different attributes with Frimpong more of an attacking threat, whilst Timber is defensively solid.
| Key statistics last season (per 90 mins) | Timber | Frimpong |
| Progressive carries | 2.12 | 3.89 |
| Progressive passes | 5.43 | 2.14 |
| Goal creating actions | 0.34 | 0.43 |
| Tackle success rate | 66.7% | 55.2% |
| Aerial duels won | 52.4% | 33.3% |
Timber played through the pain barrier for Arsenal last season and will be looking to hit the ground running once again upon this campaign.
His ability to defend one v one situations particularly stood out last season, whilst his composure on the ball enabled the Gunners to build attack from the back.
Another strong season from the full back will put Arteta’s side well and truly in the reckoning for trophies and the club believe this time they have the firepower and depth to get over the line.
