Jack Wilshere lined up for managerial return

Arsenal hero Jack Wilshere has taken his first steps into management over the past year, moving on in his coaching career.

The former midfielder was part of the Arsenal academy setup, managing the under-18s, before he moved on to join Norwich’s backroom staff.

Wilshere got his first taste of management in an interim spell at the end of the season, but subsequently left the Canaries.

Now looking to build his career at the helm of a club, talkSPORT claims that he is now the favourite to take over at League One side Plymouth Argyle.

Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus ramps up injury return with Palmeiras

Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus is starting to step up his return from injury, following a serious knee injury he suffered in January.

The Brazilian required surgery and has been out ever since, but he is starting to gear up towards a return in the future.

While on his summer break, Jesus was spotted at his old club Palmeiras, training at their gym as he looks to make a return soon.

Palmeiras have been linked with a move for the forward in the past, while he remains open to a possible switch.

Mohamed Elneny sends heartfelt message to Arsenal fans

Over the years, there have been many cult heroes among the Arsenal fans, and Mohamed Elneny appears to be among the most recent to leave the club.

The Egyptian international was honoured by the supporters by having a mural of him painted near the Emirates Stadium.

On a return to Arsenal, Elneny visited the site of the painting and posted a heartfelt message to supporters.

He said: “Finding myself here, right next to the legends, is a pleasure I can’t describe. I’m very grateful for you, Arsenal fans. I love you all and you will always be in my heart.”
