Catch all the latest Arsenal news, including updates on Bukayo Saka injury update, Matheus Cunha transfer and Andrea Berta.
Arsenal are finally back in Premier League action tonight as they play host to Fulham at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners will be looking to bounce back into form after over two weeks out of action, following the international break.
With some big matches coming this month, along with some huge decisions coming away from the pitch, it could be a season-defining period for Mikel Arteta.
So with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal news ahead of another busy day.
Bukayo Saka injury update
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has said that Bukayo Saka is available once again following an injury layoff lasting roughly three months.
The winger struggled with a hamstring issue that required surgery, but has been closing in on a return in recent weeks.

With an international break out of the way, there had been growing hope that Saka could make a return for Arsenal.
Arteta confirmed that is the case when he told the press before the match with Fulham: “Bukayo is ready to go… All the careful thing is already done.
“So now it’s about putting him on the grass at the right moments, but he is pushing because he really wants it. We respected the time frame, and we had to hold him back even, so he’s ready to go.”

Arsenal target Matheus Cunha makes transfer claim
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Matheus Cunha, despite the Wolves star recently signing a new contract.
The forward has impressed with the Old Gold, often playing as a creator for his teammates as much as a finisher of opportunities.

With some clearly impressive displays in him, Cunha has spoken out about the possibility of making a transfer switch.
He told The Guardian: “Now, we’re close to achieving our goal [of staying up]. But I’ve made it clear that I need to take the next step. I want to fight for titles, for big things. I have potential.”

Mikel Arteta opens up on Andrea Berta move to Arsenal
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has broken his silence on Andrea Berta joining the club as the new sporting director.
The Italian director joins as a direct replacement to Edu Gaspar, who left the club with his resignation late in 2024.

With Berta now officially announced as the new sporting director, Arteta opened up on the move being confirmed.
He told the press: “I think it’s a big addition to the club. A big addition to the team, to a team that is already formed with a lot of great people, with Rich [Garlick] leading it obviously, with James [King] and Jason [Ayto].
“A lot of people have been doing work at the club, and it’s about building out that chemistry. I believe Josh [Kroenke] has been part of the process as well, so we’re all very excited to have him.
