Former Arsenal star Paul Merson has backed his old side to land a win over PSG to book themselves a place in the Champions League final.
The Gunners are preparing for a huge clash against the Paris outfit, with victory over two legs set to place them in only their second final in the competition’s history.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Merson predicted: “I think Arsenal have every chance, I’d just slightly go with Arsenal over PSG over two legs. I think Arsenal are very disciplined, and I think Arsenal win this.”
Arsenal play host at the Emirates Stadium first, with a trip to the Parc des Princes following the week after.

Arsenal eye transfer for Chelsea starlet Andrey Santos
Arsenal are showing interest in a surprise transfer swoop for Chelsea youngster Andrey Santos this summer.
That’s according to CaughtOffside, which claims that the midfielder could be available for a fee in the region of €45million-50million (£39million-43million).
Santos has been on loan at Strasbourg this season in Ligue 1, with some performances that have seen him hailed as one of the best midfielders in the league.
Arsenal aren’t the only team interested, though, with rivals Tottenham, Newcastle, Paris Saint-Germain, and AC Milan all linked too.

Arsenal linked with Victor Ozhianvuna transfer
While Arsenal are looking to bolster the senior squad in the summer transfer window, there is also an emphasis on improving the academy side for the future.
The latest link has seen the Gunners rumoured with interest in Shamrock Rovers youngster Victor Ozhianvuna, according to the Irish Independent.
The 16-year-old is an exciting young midfielder who has actually featured at wing-back this season, striking resemblance to the rise of Myles Lewis-Skelly this season for Arsenal.
