Arsenal kick-start new Thomas Partey contract talks
Arsenal have kick-started talks with Thomas Partey over the possibility of an extended stay at the club with a new contract.
That’s according to The Athletic, which reports that the Gunners are open to a new deal, with talks underway over a possible two-year extension.

The report claims that the midfielder is happy at the club and open to reaching an agreement over a contract.
It remains to be seen whether he will sign a new deal or not, though, with just a few months remaining on the current one.

Martin Zubimendi now expected to join Arsenal
Arsenal’s plans for their midfield are continuing, and while uncertainty remains about two current squad options, Andrea Berta is already looking to seal a signing.
One of those is Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi, who has been on the radar for quite some time at the Emirates Stadium.
And now, according to Marca, both Arsenal and Real Sociedad are expecting a deal to be completed this summer.
It would end any doubt over the Spaniard’s future, who has also been linked with Real Madrid.
