Arsenal transfer target Martin Zubimendi has been slammed by the Spanish media after his part in Real Sociedad’s latest collapse in La Liga.
It comes as Martin Zubimendi is set to join Arsenal this summer, adding to the midfield built by Mikel Arteta.
With just a few matches remaining this season, fans are watching on to capture a glimpse of what the Spaniard could bring to the Gunners.
So far, though, it’s been something of a difficult time for Martin Zubimendi, as his Real Sociedad side flounder in an attempt to earn European football for next season.
The latest problem for the Spanish outfit has seen the midfielder come in for some criticism, along with a message for Arsenal over his impending transfer.

Martin Zubimendi given 0/10 rating by Spanish media after Real Sociedad nightmare
Real Sociedad’s hunt for European football hit a wall over the weekend, as their latest La Liga defeat came against Atletico Madrid.
An 11-minute hat-trick from former Premier League striker Alexander Sorloth was added to with a fourth around the half-hour mark.
The Rojiblancos then saw out the 4-0 victory, which has kept Sociedad in 12th, four points away from European football with three games left to play.

Spanish media outlet Noticias de Gipuzkoa gave some brutal ratings after the match, which included a 0/10 for Zubimendi, along with a message for Arsenal.
It stated: “Good luck in London. I hope you have a good time and don’t play like you did in the second half of this season.
“Unknown. Didn’t take advantage of the best opportunity.”
It’s a devastating claim on the star, who will now only have three games left to try and salvage European football, which is looking more and more unlikely.
