Arsenal are reportedly keen to sign Ivan Toney from Brentford in the January transfer window.
The Englishman is currently serving a ban for breaching FA’s betting rules. He will not be allowed to play until the middle of January next year, and The Times claim he could be at a different club by that point.

Arsenal are keen to sign Ivan Toney in January
Brentford star Ivan Toney is a terrific player, and Arsenal have struggled against him in the past.
Why Pele Is Overrated.
The England international scored 21 goals and provided five assists in all competitions last season, and it was almost certain he would’ve been on the move this summer if he wasn’t hit with a ban.
The report now claims that Toney, who recently said he likes Arsenal, could yet get a big move away from Brentford right after he returns to action in January next year.

He mocked Arsenal in 2021
Ivan Toney and Arsenal fans share an interesting relationship.
The Englishman, on his Premier League debut with Brentford on the opening day of the 2021/22 season, played a key part in helping the Bees beat us 2-0.
Mikel Arteta’s side were struggling with injuries and illnesses that night, but Toney seemed to take real joy in getting one over us. He tweeted right after the game: “Nice kick about with the boys.”
In an interview a month later, Toney further angered Arsenal fans by saying: “I don’t see them winning nothing any time soon.”
