Arsenal are recovering from a gruelling schedule during their mid-season break to Dubai where they will be hoping to rebuild confidence following defeat to Newcastle.
Bukayo Saka has been spotted back in Arsenal training in some positive news for the club following the hamstring injury sustained by Gabriel Martinelli.
Arsenal have enjoyed some visits from former players during their time in the sun, Mohamed Elneny visited the Arsenal squad during training whilst Manuel Almunia spoke with David Raya.
The Gunners haven’t played in the Premier League since their 5-1 demolition of Manchester City and it seems the fall out from that game in still continuing with Myles Lewis-Skelly up for discussion once again.

Paul Scholes believes Myles Lewis-Skelly should face criticism from Arsenal team mates
Speaking on the latest edition of The Overlap, Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has been discussing the celebration of Lewis-Skelly during the win over Man City and how he would not have accepted it if he was a team mate.
Scholes stated: “I wouldn’t like him doing it, to be honest with you. If I was a centre-half, especially. I’d say ‘What the f— are you doing? I’ve got to play against him.”
The celebration from the youngster was in response to an exchange of words with Haaland during the reverse fixture at The Etihad, where the Norwegian striker threw the ball at Gabriel Magalhaes following a late equaliser from John Stones.
Lewis-Skelly has been in outstanding form for Arsenal this season since breaking into the first team squad and the strike against Pep Guardiola’s side was his first senior goal for the club.
Arsenal’s Hale End wonderkids need mentoring
It has been a huge positive for Mikel Arteta this season that the academy duo of Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri have broke into the first team but they need to be looked after by the club.
Ben White can be a great role model for Lewis-Skelly whilst club captain Martin Odegaard should also be taking Nwaneri under his wing to continue his footballing education.

Lewis-Skelly himself has been looking after Max Dowman whilst the team are training out in Dubai but it is vital that Arteta continues to protect his young stars and develop their values whilst they are in the spotlight.
With the mounting injuries and hectic fixture schedule upon return from Dubai, the Gunners are going to need everybody fit and firing and without no distractions when they return to face Leicester City.
