Arsenal beat Bayern Munich 3-1, and Vincent Kompany was not a happy man after the game.
The Gunners continued their perfect start in the Champions League this season. They won their fifth game on the bounce and are now three points clear at the top of the table.
In his press conference after the game, Kompany hailed Arsenal as masters of set-pieces and was very complimentary towards the hosts.
However, the Belgian’s reaction was very different when he walked back into the tunnel right after the game.

Vincent Kompany was furious after Arsenal beat Bayern Munich
Bayern started the game very well against Arsenal on Wednesday night.
The German giants were comfortable on the ball, dominated possession early on and made it difficult for the Gunners to get into their usual rhythm.
The first half ended 1-1, and Kompany would’ve thought that his side could go on to win the game with a few adjustments.
However, Arsenal were a level above Bayern after the break. They were better in every phase of play and deservedly won the game 3-1.
Who was Arsenal’s Man of the Match against Bayern Munich?
The second half did not go as Kompany wanted, which is probably why he was so angry.
Peter Schmeichel, who was waiting near the dressing room for interviews after the game, spotted Kompany enter before anyone else.
The Manchester United legend was stunned because he saw the Bayern boss angrier than ever before.
Schmeichel said on CBS Sports: “Literally the other side of where we are, there’s the entrance to their dressing room, and he was the first one in here, and he was so angry.
“I’ve never seen him like that.”

Mikel Arteta ends Arsenal’s terrible streak against Bayern Munich

The Gunners had been winless against the Bavarians in each of their last five meetings. The aggregate score in those games was 18-5 in favour of the Bundesliga champions.
However, Bayern were worried coming into the game against Arsenal on Wednesday night, and their worst fears came true.
Mikel Arteta’s men ended their winless streak against Bayern, and the victory has sent a big statement across Europe.
