Arsenal have issued supporters a massive boost as pictures of Ben White returning to training have emerged from the club’s social media channels.
As per the Gunners’ official Twitter account, White was one of three Arsenal players to return to training this weekend, with Thomas Partey and Matt Turner joining up with Mikel Arteta and company in Dubai ahead of some mid-season warm-weather training.
Arsenal issue huge boost for fans as Ben White returns to training
White was selected for England’s 2022 FIFA World Cup squad but failed to make a single appearance for the Three Lions as the 25-year-old defender eventually pulled out of the squad due to personal issues. However, despite the worrying update, the Arsenal centre-back is back with the first-team.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion star has been one of Arsenal’s best players this season as White has flourished in a new right-back role, with the defender quickly making the position his own despite Takehiro Tomiyasu and Cedric Soares being naturals in the area.
Ben White return could be massive for Boxing Day clash

Many Arsenal fans were unsure where White would be on December 26th when Arsenal take on West Ham at the Emirates Stadium. However, these latest photos from the club have seemingly confirmed that the defender will feature against the east London side on Boxing Day.
With over two weeks until the return of Premier League football, Arteta has time on his hands to get the entire squad whipped into shape, and White’s return will be crucial if the north London side are to maintain their incredible record in the Premier League over the festive period.
